Hamyari organization of municipalities of west Azarbaijan established in 1990/10/31 according to ministry approval and with attention to main duties of municipalities in securing city needs and general needed installation in order to help for independence of municipalities of west Azarbaijan with collecting their facilities and scattered little capital and attempt to decrease members reliance to charges, increase financial strength of municipalities through providing incomes from productive activities and services.
   According to commercial principals is managed with independent legal entity and context of constitution and can effort to all financial, commercial business transaction and operatations more common imports and exports, representation accepatance of internal and external institutions and companies and acceptance of contract work as direct or indirect to all or every subject.

organization deliberation is composed of:

1-Governor general as deliberation,s head and in his absence development affair,s assistant as vice- president and deliberation secretay.
2-Technical office general director
3-Urban work office director general as responsible of deliberation secretariat.
4-Province municipalities organization manager and his absence home office deputy.
5-Municipalities members mayors as legal deputy of municipalities stock.
